PC RI Job Description:

A Product Compliance (PC) Risk Investigator (RI) ensures products meet TR regulatory standards by conducting investigations, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential compliance issues, fraud, and risks in TR. The PC RI should stay up to date with TR's regulations and standards and take into consideration the impact of these on TP MP regulatory requirements by updating internal systems. Key duties include analyzing product data, developing action plans to resolve non-compliance, managing regulatory documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and recommending process improvements to ensure products are safe, compliant, and commercially viable in TR.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Risk Identification and Assessment:

Identify, analyze, and track potential risks, data anomalies, and emerging regulatory threats associated with products in TR.

  • Regulatory Analysis:

Evaluate and stay informed about new and changing regulations in TR, analyzing their impact on products and developing strategies to maintain compliance by updating internal systems.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

Acquire, evaluate, and manage documentation related to product compliance, and produce regular reports and status updates for management.

  • Action Planning:

Develop action plans and solutions to address areas of non-compliance and implement necessary changes.

Deep understanding of relevant industry regulations, laws, and standards.

  • Problem-Solving:

Ability to develop innovative and effective
