We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate
Group&Travel Trade Sales Manager
to join our team.
As our new Group&Travel Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in customer with current business and pricing conditions.
- Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities.
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Commercial Director.
- Grow existing accounts and generate new business to exceed budget and maximize revenue and profits.
- To ensure maximisation of sales and revenue for the hotel by being aware of all sales opportunities within all areas of the Hotel.
- Manage pre-payments and contract follow-ups efficiently.
- Organizing sales call programs, visitings existing and potential clients in order to drive business, pruduce demand, collects inquiries.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
- 5+ years proven hotel sales executive experience.
- Knowledge of hospitality
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Turkish.
- Able to develop and execute sales focused projects, strategic thinking skills.
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills, excellent pronunciation.
- Ability in following up daily and long-term agenda.
- No restrictions to travel abroad, B type active driving license.
- Knowledge of local market.
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
