with the following qualifications;

  • Graduated from the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences,
  • Knowledge of Serbian is required,
  • 8-10 years of experience in the related field
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented and solution-focused,
  • High sense of responsibility, open to learning and research,
  • Able to locate in Serbia.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the organization and supervision of camp, cafeteria, and accommodation facilities,
  • Managing the regular execution of office services,
  • Coordinating all activities with the Central Administrative Affairs Department,
  • Planning, directing, and monitoring the personnel under his/her responsibility,
  • Tracking personnel rotation leaves and coordinating ticket requests,
  • Monitoring administrative supplies and creating new purchase requests when needed.
