Job Description:

  • Assisting the patients at all stages regarding their operations;
  • Providing translations between the doctors and the patient;
  • Guiding, accompanying and visiting the patients whenever necessary;
  • Organizing the transfers between the airport-hotel and the clinics;
  • Taking initiatives when necessary, problem-solving attitude;
  • Constant communication with the Sales and Operation Teams;
  • Following up with the patients in post-op period.

Qualifications

  • Translation and German Translation skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work with Medical Terminology
  • Writing skills
  • Experience in translating medical documents is a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Relevant certification in Translation or Linguistics
