Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our international operations team. This role is responsible for managing the full export cycle for existing accounts, preparing and overseeing export documentation, coordinating with international and domestic clients, and supporting sales-related activities. The Export Specialist will ensure smooth operational workflows, maintain compliance with international trade regulations, and provide timely communication to all stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Prepare, review, and manage all export documentation according to international trade requirements
  • Coordinate end-to-end export operations for current customer accounts
  • Maintain communication with international and domestic clients, ensuring high-quality service
  • Support and conduct sales activities such as preparing offers, tracking orders, and generating periodic reports
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments
  • Monitor compliance with customs regulations, documentation standards, and international trade rules
  • Manage client inquiries and provide quick, solution-oriented responses
  • Conduct market and country research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business development
  • Attend international and local trade fairs and be available for overseas travel
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of export processes and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in export documentation, import–export processes, and basic logistics operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and oversee export operations effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
  • English proficiency is mandatory
    ; Turkish required; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in logistics, export/import operations, or international sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills; MS Office proficiency (company laptop provided)
