Pre Sales Product Specialist

ASUS is looking for a Pre Sales Product Specialist with strong interest in technology and commercial market. If you feel like you are well at MS Excel, maths and digits, project follow up, market investigation and planning as well as having fluent English in both written and spoken and feel comfortable with developing relationship with our collogues from HQ and region, working very strict to deadlines and having a multinational environment, then don't hesitate to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise:
Act as the technical expert for ASUS Commercial Products, including desktops, notebooks, AIOs, and related solutions. - Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with the sales team, partners, and end customers. Ensure clear communication and set proper expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction. - Tender & Proposal Management:
Lead the technical response for tender requests by preparing compelling, accurate, and competitive proposals that highlight ASUS Commercial products. - Training & Enablement:
Design, prepare, and deliver product training sessions for partners, distributors, and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and drive sales effectiveness. - Solution Consulting:
Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, configuration guidance, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to meet customer requirements. - Market Feedback:
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and partners to influence product development and improve ASUS commercial offerings. - Salesforce Implementation:
Take an active role in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM and related tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management and marketing to ensure alignment between customer needs and ASUS solutions. - Technical Documentation:
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and tender specs for internal and external stakeholders. - Event Participation:
Represent ASUS at trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings to showcase solutions and provide technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- University degree in relevant field
- Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
- Willing to learn continuously
- Interest in PC technologies, trends
- Technical knowledge about PC products
- Excellent at MS Office programs
- Analytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills
- A good team player
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Preferably have a valid driving license and no obstacle to travel
- Preferably residence in Istanbul Asian side
