Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR Business Partner within the business units, supporting managers in all people-related matters,
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the roles across hotels, retail/AVM management, residences, and facility management,
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a structured and consistent employee experience,
- Support performance management, career planning, and promotion processes in collaboration with line managers,
- Manage employee relations and discipline processes in line with company policies and labor legislation,
- Conduct exit interviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to management,
- Ensure HR processes are applied consistently across different operational teams,
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports,
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role,
- Experience working with operational teams in hospitality, retail, residential, or facility management environments,
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations,
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Clear communication skills and a structured working approach,
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
