Görev ve Sorumluluklar

Mimari ve Altyapı Tasarımı

  • AI tabanlı uygulamalar için modern, ölçeklenebilir ve güvenli backend mimarilerini tasarlamak
  • Doğru framework, veri tabanı ve entegrasyon teknolojilerini seçmek
  • Microservice ve API (REST/GraphQL) yapılarının mimarisini oluşturmak
  • CI/CD süreçleri, container teknolojileri (Docker, Kubernetes) ve cloud altyapılarını yönetmek

Aktif Yazılım Geliştirme

  • Python başta olmak üzere modern dillerle (FastAPI, Flask, Django) aktif geliştirme yapmak
  • API katmanında LLM, VLM ve diğer AI modelleriyle entegrasyonları kurgulamak
  • Model çağrıları, prompt yönetimi ve veri işleme süreçleri için backend servisleri geliştirmek
  • Kod kalitesini, test süreçlerini ve performans optimizasyonlarını sağlamak

AI & GenAI Entegrasyonları

  • Büyük dil modelleri (LLM) ve çok modlu modeller (VLM) ile çalışan backend sistemleri kurmak
  • Model fine-tuning, optimizasyon ve entegrasyon süreçlerinde aktif görev almak
  • LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI gibi frameworklerle agent tabanlı sistemler geliştirmek
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) mimarisi, FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone gibi vektör veritabanlarını kullanarak arama ve bilgi erişim altyapıları kurmak
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Gemini gibi AI sağlayıcılarının API'leriyle entegrasyon yapmak

NLP ve Document Understanding

  • Yapılandırılmamış verilerden anlam çıkaran NLP çözümlerini geliştirmek
  • Text summarization, entity extraction, classification ve document understanding sistemleri için backend entegrasyonlarını gerçekleştirmek

Chatbot & Agent Geliştirme

  • LLM tabanlı chatbot ve dijital asistanların backend servislerini geliştirmek
  • Çok dilli NLP, intent yönetimi ve kullanıcı bağlamına göre yanıt üretebilen sistemler tasarlamak
  • Güvenlik, KVKK uyumu ve performans kriterlerini gözeten ölçeklenebilir çözümler üretmek

İnovasyon ve Ürün Geliştirme

  • GenAI, agent frameworkleri ve frontier AI teknolojilerindeki trendleri yakından takip etmek
  • Yeni ürün fikirlerinin teknik keşif (discovery) ve PoC geliştirme süreçlerinde aktif rol almak
  • Proje ekipleriyle birlikte sıfırdan MVP geliştirme süreçlerinde teknik liderlik yapmak

Aranan Nitelikler

Eğitim ve Deneyim

  • Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Yazılım Mühendisliği, Matematik, İstatistik veya ilgili bölümlerden mezun
  • Yazılım geliştirme alanında
    en az 5 yıl
    , AI entegrasyonlarında
    en az 2 yıl
    deneyim
  • Python'da ileri seviye bilgi (özellikle async yapılar, FastAPI, veri modelleme)
  • Tercihen AI ürünleri, startup projeleri veya SaaS ürünleri geliştirme tecrübesi

Teknik Yetkinlikler

  • REST/GraphQL API tasarımı ve microservice geliştirme deneyimi
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD araçları (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI vb.)
  • SQL/NoSQL veritabanları (PostgreSQL, MongoDB vb.)
  • Cloud platformlarında (AWS, GCP, Azure) uygulama yönetimi
  • PyTorch veya TensorFlow ile model entegrasyonu tecrübesi
  • LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI veya Hugging Face Transformers kullanma deneyimi
