Fraud Professional
for our rapidly growing teams in this environment.

Your playground as a Fraud Professional at TikTak

  • Analyze suspicious transactions and user behaviors across the TikTak platform
  • Lead end-to-end investigations of fraud incidents and ensure timely resolution
  • Write and execute SQL queries to extract insights and prepare data-driven reports
  • Develop new fraud detection/prevention scenarios and continuously optimize existing rules to reduce risk
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure a coordinated fraud mitigation approach
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk & fraud performance reports
  • Monitor emerging fraud trends and recommend preventive actions to strengthen platform security

Our game-changer Fraud Professional profile at TikTak

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in fraud operations or fraud analytics
  • Hands-on experience in rule-based fraud systems, including rule creation, false-positive analysis, and rule optimization
  • Strong SQL skills with proven experience in writing and executing complex queries
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
