What You Will Do:

• Design and develop advanced machine learning models to meet business objectives, incorporating metrics to monitor performance and impact.
• Developing and executing Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) using cutting-edge machine learning and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) across domains to define problem statements, metrics, and ensure model outputs align with expectations.
• Document and communicate complex AI/ML techniques to cross-functional team members, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to innovate solutions and learn from diverse perspectives.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience
  in applied machine learning, with a proven track record in statistics, ML model development, data analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Python and key ML/data analysis libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) for solving problems in time series, forecasting, anomaly detection, and related domains.
• Demonstrated project experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras), particularly with Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) for time-series forecasting.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI including fine-tuning, deployment, and integration of LLMs for tasks like text generation as well as building and optimizing AI agents for autonomous decision-making and task automation.
• Strong ability to handle complex, ambiguous scenarios into actionable and tractable models.
• Expertise in visualizing and handling large-scale datasets effectively.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with various database systems (e.g., relational, NoSQL).
• Fluent in English, with the ability to support technical discussions in global meetings.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Mercurial), issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and data science productivity platforms (e.g., Jupyter, Azure Notebooks).

What Makes You a Great Fit (Preferred Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with sequential big data, such as time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, or geolocation analytics.
• Expertise in high-performance computing, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in software development practices, big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and Linux environments.
• Domain knowledge in telecommunications or related industries.
• Strong data storytelling skills, with experience delivering executive-level reports and presentations.
• Eligibility to work in Turkey.
