We are looking for a
"Financial Planning and Control Manager"
for one of our clients in the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reporting sets based on system-generated data in accordance with relevant reporting standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, validity, and completeness; and submit these reports to related authorities within the deadlines specified in the applicable regulations,
  • Prepare the Bank's daily financial statements and present them to senior management,
  • Monitor relevant legal and international regulations,
  • Provide the necessary information and support for parent company reporting,
  • Prepare annual, monthly, weekly, and daily work schedules for the reports to be prepared,
  • Identify the system development needs of the department, request necessary changes, participate in analysis processes, and carry out post-development testing,
  • Ensure consistency among reports and provide explanations in case of discrepancies,
  • Inform relevant departments in case of incorrect accounting entries,
  • Prepare reports requested by senior management,
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate presentation materials in coordination with the Investor Relations department under the guidance of the Unit Manager,
  • Support the publication of independent audit reports every quarter, as well as any material disclosures when necessary, in coordination with the Investor Relations department on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP),
  • Provide necessary support for the preparation of the annual budget,
  • Provide support during 3-year strategic planning periods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the banking sector in Budgeting, Financial Planning, Audit Reporting, or Financial Control departments,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Preferably experienced in VBA, SQL, or BI tools,
  • Skilled in conducting detailed research, data analysis, and reporting,
  • Advanced command of English,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
