About the Role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure design, automation, and scalability, ensuring our distributed architecture can handle billions of requests per second with sub-5ms latency.

This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who can balance code-level excellence, infrastructure reliability, and system observability.

You'll collaborate closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and security specialists to build a resilient, multi-cloud, hybrid infrastructure that powers real-time audio, text, and data streaming for our healthcare customers.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and maintain cloud and edge infrastructure for high-performance, low-latency applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployment systems.
  • Optimize microservices architecture for scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and service mesh architectures.
  • Collaborate on data and security architectures ensuring compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Drive cost optimization and performance tuning across multiple environments (bare-metal, cloud, edge).

  • Pipelines & Observability: GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry
  • Languages & Frameworks: Go, Python, , Rust (bonus)
  • Security & Compliance: Vault, IAM, TLS, HIPAA-compliant data flows

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Architecture.
  • Have led architecture design or DevOps strategy for high-scale distributed systems.
  • Are comfortable working in hybrid cloud environments and with performance-critical APIs.
  • Write clean, automation-first infrastructure code and value strong documentation.
  • Thrive in a startup culture that values speed, innovation, and reliability.
