We are a health-tech startup focused on the intersection of beauty and artificial intelligence. Our team is composed of AI engineers, dermatology advisors, UX designers, and business leaders with a shared goal: to make intelligent skincare easy and accessible for users around the globe.

You'll be joining a collaborative and passionate team at a pivotal stage—contributing directly to growth, product-market fit, and brand recognition.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Marketing And Business Development Intern, you will support the growth of our AI-powered beauty platform through brand-building initiatives, digital marketing execution, and strategic content creation. This is a hands-on role offering experience across a wide range of modern marketing practices in a startup environment.

Marketing & Communications

• Brand Strategy Support: Assist in defining and executing the brand tone, positioning, and messaging across digital platforms.
• Campaign Execution: Help organize digital campaigns (organic and paid), manage the social media calendar, and coordinate influencer collaborations.
• Content Creation: Support blog writing, email marketing, and marketing copy aligned with our brand voice and SEO strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs, web analytics, and engagement metrics. Provide insights and suggestions based on performance data.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to messages, and help build an active and loyal user community.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, beauty, health-tech, and digital marketing.
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Notion, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent in English.
• A proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
