Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the success of our campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

In this role, you'll develop and manage marketing strategies that generate leads, build awareness, and deliver measurable results. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, analyze campaign performance, and bring both creativity and data-driven thinking to the table.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving all product marketing needs of the country portfolio, creating a clear value proposition for the Institutional Business Unit. This includes portfolio rationalization and optimization, product improvement and development and managing the P&L of the assigned portfolio. You will also support downstream marketing to strengthen sales efforts and work closely across the entire Middle East and North Africa platform for all sectors.

In this role, you will lead key campaigns, events, and product initiatives. You will also create, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns that drive growth for products and services. Strong awareness of current trends and target audience needs is essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful initiatives with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing activities for the country portfolio, including product optimization, improvement, and new development.
• Manage the P&L of the assigned portfolio and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and product initiatives across the MENA region.
• Organize events, conduct market research, and analyze KPIs to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
• Monitor current market trends to develop effective outbound and inbound campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to create impactful marketing and advertising content.
• Analyze ongoing campaigns and assess performance through KPIs.
• Prepare detailed reports on lead generation, site traffic, and other key metrics.
• Ensure downstream marketing support to strengthen sales activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar market and role.
• Proven experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficiency with content management systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
