Description
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Support clients in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's products and heritage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure the store is presentable and products are displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment.
Profile
A successful Client Advisor should have:
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of luxury retail trends and products.
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
