Job Description

We're looking for a 
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
 to join our partner — a dynamic company building a cutting-edge digital legal software platform. We're seeking someone with deep expertise in machine learning systems, data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps, along with a mindset focused on scalability, performance, and collaboration.

  • Develop, train, optimize, and integrate AI and machine learning models into business processes
  • Build predictive models by processing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights
  • Design and manage projects utilizing state-of-the-art language models (LLMs) and AI applications
  • Execute machine learning projects using libraries such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Deploy machine learning and AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Contribute to the company's innovation goals by leading research and development efforts
  • Continuously monitor, update, and optimize model performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects to production

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, and other Transformer-based architectures
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with data processing libraries such as NumPy and pandas
  • Experience developing projects using popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM
  • Experience in model evaluation, hyperparameter optimization, and model tuning
  • Basic experience in Software Engineering
  • Ability to manage containerized models using Kubernetes and Docker 
    (preferred)
  • Experience using cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning 
    (preferred)
  • Ability to work with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
