DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and managing the GTM strategy based on assigned partners (Enterprise & MB segments) - including enablement, programs and offers, marketing and demand generation with support from the various functional stakeholders.
- Plan quarterly enablement networking activities, ensuring required number of attendance (new and repeated) to win mindshare and loyalty from partners.
- Plan and execute on a quarterly basis programs and offers, set targets and establish metrics, communicating and ensuring successful program awareness and adoption through qualified leads, numbers of transactions, closing the sales and quarterly or half yearly business update/review with key partners.
- Ensure that the end-to-end operations process is smooth for partners and aligned with internal guidelines.
- Drive healthy pipelines to include new and renewal business.
- Track and report performance of channels results, bookings, program initiatives and provide enhancement recommendations to adjust course on programs / initiatives as required.
- Partner visits on regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal Business Development Manager:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably within cybersecurity, network security, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Strong preference in a Sales and/or Business Development role (including pipeline creation, partner engagement, and deal closure)
- Solid experience in vendor management, including forecasting, enablement, quarterly business planning (QBR), and performance tracking.
- In-depth familiarity with the IT market with an emphasis on communications and / or information security.
- Ability to work independently combined with teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Independent learning ability, diligence and the ability to motivate proceedings
- High-level presentation, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher education
