Overview
We are actively recruiting to join the Gallagher Türkiye Reinsurance Team. Directly reporting to the Head of Reinsurance, the role specifically involves providing advice, executive policy placement, engaging with global reinsurers and insurers, overseeing claims administration and all necessary documentation.

How You'll Make An Impact
Risk Program Management:

  • Implementing and meticulously managing complex insurance and risk programs for our clients. This involves providing advice, executing policy placement, engaging with global reinsurers and insurers, and overseeing claims administration and all necessary documentation.
  • Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored reinsurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments in the reinsurance sector.

Internal Coordination:

  • Serving as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and critical internal Gallagher departments, such as Claims, Finance, and others.

Business Development & Sales:

  • Proactively executing sales and marketing strategies for Gallagher products. This includes generating new business opportunities, actively pursuing client acquisition, and taking a leading role in expanding the client portfolio.

Market Alignment:

  • Ensuring precise coordination of all business processes and documentation with both domestic and international Insurance/Reinsurance Companies.

About You

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in relevant fields
  • 3-4 years of experience in facultative reinsurance
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high focus on excellent client relationships
  • Collaborative, result-oriented team player
  • Professional and presentable demeanour.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • No travel restriction
  • Completion of military service for male candidates is preferred (if applicable under Turkish law)
