Your Impact:

• Produce high-quality deliverables including research analyses, Excel models, strategic presentations, and written reports to steer client and stakeholder decision-making on critical strategic and digital transformation topics
• Solve client problems by designing research and analytical approaches, delivering customized, insight-driven solutions for leading financial services players
• Analyze markets, competition, and digital trends to identify opportunities, risks, and innovation levers, providing actionable insights that shape strategy and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive strategic planning and marketing agendas
• Develop business plans, forecasts, and digital roadmaps alongside strategic presentations for senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders
• Drive the day-to-day execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outputs, and alignment with client expectations
• Define and scope projects, articulate value propositions, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout engagements

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree or MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, VC/PE, fintech, or financial services; minimum of 3 years in a consulting role preferred
• Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic change initiatives for fintech or financial institutions
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of banking/fintech innovations, emerging trends, and regulatory considerations
• Deep understanding of the Turkish banking sector, including profitability drivers, market structure, and competitive dynamics
• Understanding of digital channel dynamics, including sales shares, functionality, regulation, and campaigns
• Hands-on experience in developing and launching digital products, with familiarity in service design and design thinking approaches.
• Proven ability to navigate the evolving fintech/banking landscape, identify innovative solutions, and lead strategy execution
• Understanding of local and global revenue and monetization models, including service and fee structures in banking and digital services
• Understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and go-to-market models, including budgeting and channel dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in strategy, change management, and strategic thinking
• Ability to clearly articulate the business value of recommendations, plans, and strategies
