What you will be doing:

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing by maintaining complete and reliable records and coordinating outsources.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing platforms) to support automation and scalability.
• Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts based on current trends and business objectives.
• Update forecasts with actual performance data to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate year-end financial reporting and consolidation, and respond to inquiries from Group auditors.
• Manage subscription revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15 and SaaS-specific accounting standards.
• Monitor deferred revenue and ensure accurate forecasting aligned with contract terms.
• Support pricing strategies and margin analysis for software products and services.
• Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align financial planning with business goals.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Manage, forecast, and report on cash flow to maintain financial health and liquidity.
• Review aging reports and proactively follow up with customers and sales teams to ensure timely collections.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on strategic business initiatives.
• Provide support to the Financial Director in various financial and operational matters.
• Prepare financial presentations for investors or board meetings when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 8 years financial controlling within a global organization
• Experience in multinational environment & working with global teams
• Knowledge & experience in IFRS reporting
• Big4 experience is a plus
• NetSuite- Oracle experience preferred
• Experience in consolidation of international companies
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Result oriented and multi-tasking working perspective
• Fluency in English
