We are looking for a passionate
Occupational Health Personnel
to join our
Human Resources Team
at the
Dishwasher Plant in Beko Corporate
.

  • Supporting occupational health practices in line with legal regulations,
  • Taking an active role in first aid, emergency response, and health monitoring processes,
  • Following up on periodic health examinations and medical records,
  • Working in close collaboration with the Occupational Physician, HR, and OHS teams,
  • Contributing to employee well-being and health promotion activities.

The position is located in
Ankara, Türkiye.
How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in First Aid, Paramedic, Emergency & First Aid, or related health programs,
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as Other Healthcare Personnel in occupational health settings,
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
  • Strong interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence applications,
  • Ability to think out of the box and adapt to innovative environments,
  • Open to continuous learning and development,
  • A strong team player with a proactive and self-initiative mindset,
  • High awareness of empathy, responsibility, and confidentiality,
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
