We are nivo, a pioneering re-commerce start-up revolutionizing the fashion industry through sustainability and circular practices. We're looking for a Sr. Content Creator to join our Brand & Communications Team at our Head Office in Istanbul. If you're passionate about storytelling, creativity, and bringing ideas to life across digital and traditional media—this is your opportunity to make your mark in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, strategic, and impactful content that reflects nivo's brand voice and tone.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for website, social media, digital communications, newsletters, and sales materials (both internal and external).
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Comms team to create and execute 360° campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategies to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Produce content that effectively introduces nivo's story, mission, products, and sustainability values to new audiences.
  • Conduct research on market trends, fashion, and sustainability topics to support content planning.
  • Maintain and continuously improve nivo's brand language and copy standards.
  • Support the creation of visual and written materials for campaigns and promotions.
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing innovative campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation for both digital and traditional media.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and conceptualization skills in Turkish and English, with strong translation ability between the two languages.
  • Ability to craft engaging and brand-consistent storytelling across multiple formats.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and creative campaign development.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, with creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • A passion for sustainability, fashion, and innovative communication.
