We are looking for a dedicated
IT Support Specialist
to provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users, ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, and support enterprise hardware/software environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Laptops/desktops
  • Network connectivity
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Operating systems (Windows/Mac)
  • MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory / Azure AD.
  • Handle ticket logging, tracking, and closure in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira).
  • Support conference room and audio-video equipment (Logitech, Crestron, etc.).
  • Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams when required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide user onboarding/offboarding support including laptop setup and email configuration.
