AI is swiftly eradicating entry level jobs in software and games. It is now harder than ever for new graduates to find jobs. We are reversing this trend by attempting an extraordinary project and using AI to empower junior level devs.

We are looking for 4th grade students
motivated for a

9 months internship that will evolve into a full time position and a company stock option by the time they graduate.

  • We are an AI x Games startup situated in BUG LAB TEKMER.
  • We are beginning full development of an AI Native Sandbox D&D MMO, Shatterwake Online.
  • We are backed by the TUBITAK 1812 program, also developing B2B agents for the game industry.
  • We are challenging the idea that game companies should start with projects of small scope.

You

  • You are a bright 4th year student at a computer science, software development, AI development, game design or a field related to game development.
  • You have a CV and a development portfolio (e.g. github) of games with a wide range of mechanics.
  • You are willing to take on the challenge of working in a large team for an MMO. That means working with databases (PostGRES), server/client architecture (Photon), strict version control (github) and more. Moreover, you will work with AI tech API calls.
  • You have read our internship call (below) and you are interested in one or few specific development roles.
  • (Preferred) You love DnD, or MMORPGs.
  • (Preferred) You reside in Istanbul and can come work at BUG Lab TEKMER every Tuesday for a few hours.
