Sales Manager
for our client, who is a leader in psychological assessment and related services.

You will lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure that revenue and growth targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance in a dynamic, mission-driven organization operating in the psychology and education sectors.

Responsibilities


• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives covering diverse customer groups, including individual professionals and large institutional clients.


• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for psychologists, educational institutions, hospitals, and public organizations to expand market reach.


• Utilize and maintain the company's CRM system (preferably HubSpot or an equivalent platform) to manage leads, track progress, and ensure data accuracy.


• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze pipelines, and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for management.


• Set clear sales targets and quotas, oversee achievement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.


• Drive sales of professional training programs, psychological testing materials, and related solutions.


• Lead onboarding, training, and continuous mentoring of new sales team members to strengthen team capabilities.


• Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute long-term business development and market expansion strategies.


• Represent the company in meetings with international partners, prepare professional presentations in English, and foster strong global relationships.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.


• Background or experience in psychology, education, healthcare, diagnostics, or test publishing.


• Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English (spoken and written) with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and produce professional correspondence.


• Strong command of CRM systems.


• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and related data tools.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.


• Natural sales ability combined with strategic thinking, business acumen, and a proactive, hands-on approach.


• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
