The Head of Product will lead Experian's product strategy and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap for solutions such as Trx Insight, e-Ledger, and Convex. By integrating technical development with commercial strategies, the position will ensure products are market-ready, profitable, and continuously improved to meet client needs. Acting as a key driver of product innovation and lifecycle management, this role will strengthen Experian's competitive positioning and support sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

· Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product plans support long-term growth objectives.

· Translate strategic priorities into actionable product development initiatives and oversee execution.

Portfolio Management

· Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement, ensuring profitability and relevance.

· Oversee technical development and ensure integration with commercial strategies for successful go-to-market execution.

· Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across all products.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Foster collaboration between product, technology, sales, and marketing teams to maximize impact.

· Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders and partners to enhance product capabilities and market reach.

· Proven experience in product management and strategy development.

· Strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of product lifecycle management.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
