Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of store management experience
• University degree
• Good command of English
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong passion for customer service
• Ability to use the Nebim system efficiently
• Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule
• Preferably experienced in makeup application and product demonstrations

Job Desrıptıon
• Represent the Alix Avien brand with excellence and ensure a high-quality store experience.
• Lead daily store operations including stock control, visual standards and campaign execution.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team and ensuring strong customer engagement.
• Provide accurate product guidance and coordinate makeup and product demonstration activities.
• Maintain top-level customer satisfaction and support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and overall team organization.
