Role Purpose

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, requests, and communication efficiently. You will support guest satisfaction and ensure smooth operation of guest services. This role is ideal for those planning to build a career in hospitality and hotel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, either in person or via phone.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest requests such as wake-up calls, room service orders, and special arrangements.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Accurately record and relay messages and requests.
  • Maintain communication systems, including telephone and messaging platforms, ensuring they function properly.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a guest service or customer-facing role in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with hotel communication systems and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
