Summary-

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Job Responsibility-

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs in your section.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section.
  • Monitor and control stock levels and wastage.
  • Assist with menu planning and development.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Culinary education and relevant certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
