We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager (Expat)
to lead and oversee regional hiring across our European operations. The role will be based in
Istanbul for the first 12–18 months
for onboarding and integration, with
frequent travel to Poland and Hungary.
Depending on strategic developments, the position is expected to
relocate to our European hub
later on.
The role
reports directly to
the Global Human Resources Director.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for regional roles, aligned with business goals and local market needs,
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies,
• Collaborate with job boards, external agencies, and universities to expand sourcing channels,
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key technical and support roles,
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,
• Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's preferred),
• HR certifications are a plus,
• 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the energy, EPC, or industrial sectors,
• Proven experience managing international recruitment projects,
• Strong knowledge of European labor markets and recruitment practices,
• Previous work experience in Europe is a strong asset,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Willingness to travel and relocate (especially to Poland and Hungary),
• Fluency in English is required; German or other European languages are an advantage.
