We're now looking for a 
Key Account Manager
 to accelerate our growth in the 
insurance sector in Turkey
, while building strong, long-term relationships with our key clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the 
    primary point of contact
     for our key accounts in Turkey
  • Deeply understand customer goals and challenges to help them get maximum value from egaranti
  • Operate as a 
    strategic partner
    , proactively identifying 
    upsell and cross-sell
     opportunities
  • Collaborate with 
    Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
     teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Track account performance and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Lead 
    QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
     to align on KPIs and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to building 
    scalable account management processes

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Business, Marketing, Engineering
    , or a related field
  • At least 3 years
     of experience in 
    Key Account Management and B2B sales
  • Proven success in managing 
    strategic client relationships
  • Advanced English proficiency
    , both written and spoken
  • Solid understanding of the 
    e-commerce or technology ecosystem
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and excited to grow in a 
    fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable working with 
    CRM tools
     and making 
    data-driven decisions
  • Able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously — with a smile
