We're now looking for a
Key Account Manager
to accelerate our growth in the
insurance sector in Turkey
, while building strong, long-term relationships with our key clients.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the
primary point of contact
for our key accounts in Turkey - Deeply understand customer goals and challenges to help them get maximum value from egaranti
- Operate as a
strategic partner
, proactively identifying
upsell and cross-sell
opportunities - Collaborate with
Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
teams to deliver tailored solutions - Track account performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead
QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
to align on KPIs and growth opportunities - Contribute to building
scalable account management processes
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering
, or a related field - At least 3 years
of experience in
Key Account Management and B2B sales - Proven success in managing
strategic client relationships - Advanced English proficiency
, both written and spoken - Solid understanding of the
e-commerce or technology ecosystem - Self-driven, adaptable, and excited to grow in a
fast-paced startup environment - Comfortable working with
CRM tools
and making
data-driven decisions - Able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously — with a smile
