Our Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in university, MBA or an equivalent master's degree is a plus,
• At least 7-8 years experience in procurement processes,
• Experienced in contract management,
• Advanced knowledge in SAP
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office,
• Excellent presentation preparing ability
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills,
• Good team player,
• Strong demonstrated negotiation and analytical abilities,
• Proactive and resourceful in solving problems; actions and results-oriented,
• Willing to work in different purchasing categories.

Your Responsibilities:

• Executing Procurement Procedure and Contract Processes within the framework of annual procurement goals of the group companies
• Managing all negotiateion processes with suppliers and vendors,
• Cost analysis and reporting for the relevant materials/commodities and services
• Managing tender and E-tender processes,
• Organizing, following up and executing supply process,
• Developing new procurement strategies for the company,
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional departments both for daily operations and internal projects,
• Brings new suppliers, service providers, and material innovations into the procurement portfolio, · Arranging necessary agreements with the suppliers / vendors,
• To make department analysis, prepare and present their presentations,
• Analyzing offers commercially, order placement , tracking invoice and payment processes,
• To involve yearly budget studies,
• Business development with suppliers/ vendors
