Sales, Marketing, Commercial ExcellenceResponsible for Middle East, Türkiye and Africa (META) Cluster countries (Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and ME)Maximize sales and market share performance within agreed expense budgetsExecution of commercial plans and growth initiatives across the territorySuccessful launches in key marketsP&L management and resources allocation within the territory for the entire Sandoz business (Biosimilars, Specialty, Small Molecules)Providing effective leadership to local sales, marketing, medical team; build, develop and retain strong teams, meeting agreed organizational objectivesMajor AccountabilitiesCo-develop / drive / execute Region International commercial strategy, growth plan and go-to-market models according to market/customer requirements, medical needs; as well as building the capabilities neededTo make or recommend strategic choices, e.g. allocating resources, setting portfolio prioritiesInput to regional portfolio / BD prioritiesTo deliver sales, profit and organisational objectives through effective leadership and management of the regional and local teamsTo manage TFC budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation across countries / productsTo manage 3rd party business and customer relationshipsTo define pricing and market access strategies and work x-functionally with Med. AffairsTo oversee the effective implementation of the regional marketing plan in relation to key marketing programmes critical to the success of the productTo set performance management objectives for the Country BU Heads based on marketing, sales and medical plans and assessment of individual performance vs. objectivesTo actively liaise with Key Opinion Leaders and to shape the environment for Biosimilars and Specialty products with key decision makers and stakeholdersTo provide effective leadership to local teams; to build, to develop and to retain strong teams and top talentsWork with Commercial Excellence to enhance capabilities within the territory and leverage best practicesExplore innovative selling approaches using Data and DigitalMinimum RequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent in education and experience.English (fluent)Broad experience (>10 years) in sales and marketing leadership positions (e.g., country M&S, regional M&S, or consulting with focus on ComOps / M&S / product launch, etc.), ideally within the biopharmaceutical industrySuccessful track record of achieving high impact in complex setups (e.g., leading complex projects, P&L responsibility)Strong leadership skillsStrong conceptual and communication skillsGood understanding of regional and local dynamics, including regulatory and market environmentsGood understanding of market access, product launch and product commercialization processesInternational experienceWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
