Sales Executive
who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage sales activities
- Propose ideas to the manager about sales methods to increase sales volume and efficiency.
- Achieve revenue and performance targets based on assigned goals.
- Analyze and report the sales target vs. actual performance to the manager monthly.
- Develop the customer portfolio and ensure the sustainability of existing customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer visits and report to the manager.
- Coordinate sales processes with the operations team.
- Design service approaches that enhance success and satisfaction.
- Monitor collection and financial processes and inform the manager.
- Identify market opportunities and trends, create action plans, and report to the manager.
Requirements
- Graduate of relevant university departments.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in freight forwarder regulations.
- Proficient in English.
- Suitable for teamwork.
- Developed sales skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills, advanced analytical thinking capability.
- Goal-oriented and able to maintain personal motivation in challenging processes.
- Successful in interpersonal relationships, strong representation and persuasion skills.
