Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Specialist for the "VENARA GUNEŞLİ" Sales office, located in Istanbul.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and executing property sales
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining relationships with both potential and current clients

The specialist will oversee real estate transactions, guide clients through the buying and selling process, and ensure a seamless transaction experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate SALES OFFICE.
  • Strong skills in customer service and client relationship management
  • Background in sales and marketing
  • Proven sales abilities and effective communication skills
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, Russian, Arabic, and Turkish
  • Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
