Job Description:

• Develop and maintain domain specific products: Platforms (Aracım+, Evim+, Seyahatim+ microservices) and Chatbots (AI and human agent integrated chatbots. Mobile, Web or Whatsapp channels),
• Prioritize, monitor, and manage project outcomes with a focus on detailed planning and sound decision-making,
• Support and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and balanced workload distribution,
• Review and adjust project and epic work plans to meet evolving needs and requirements,
• Analyze and enhance existing workflows and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness,
• Guide engineers in selecting the right technical solutions, coding techniques, and tools,
• Ensure consistent application of Scrum and Agile development practices across the team,
• Oversee key people management tasks, including hiring, onboarding, professional development, and performance coaching,
• Help ensure that teams understand the company's values, mission, goals, and engineering priorities, aligning their work with broader organizational objectives,
• Collaborate with peers to overcome challenges and drive collective success,
• Lead personal development planning for Scrum team members and evaluate their performance regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,
• Over 10 years of experience in the software development industry,
• Engineering manager or team lead experience is a plus,
• Experience in software development processes in an agile product team,
• Strong expertise and deep knowledge of the software development life cycle and industry best practices,
• Excellent listening and coaching abilities with a focus on influencing and guiding teams effectively,
• Hands-on experience in agile project management, team communication, coordination, and strong analytical thinking skills,
• Highly motivated, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving success,
• Open-minded with a proactive approach to researching and learning new technologies in the field,
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills, capable of addressing complex business challenges,
• Passionate about delivering innovative, high-performance software products and solutions,
• Experience in React, Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud is a plus.
