Event & Workshop Support Assist in the execution of customer-facing technical workshops, webinars, and immersion sessions. This includes preparing invitations, managing logistics, supporting demo environments, and tracking attendee engagement and feedback. Ensure alignment with solution areas (AI, Security, Modern Work, Azure) and customer priorities. Support Solution Specialists and Technical Specialists in identifying and qualifying opportunities. Account Targeting & Insights Collaborate with Account Teams to analyze targeting data, filter accounts using tools like MSX and Customer Insights, and surface whitespace opportunities to drive technical solution conversations. Pipeline Hygiene & Governance Partner with opportunity owners to review pipeline health, validate technical stages (e.g., Proof of Concept, Technical Validation), and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Help identify stalled opportunities and escalate where needed. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and CRM systems to generate insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across technical and business functions Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt quickly, and apply feedback to continuously improve.
