We're now entering the Turkish market, and we're looking for a driven and hands-on Area Manager to lead the way.

Your Role
This is a commercial, execution-focused role. You will be our first hire in Turkey, and your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and build our customer base.

You'll work closely with our international sales and customer success teams, but locally, you'll be the one making it happen from prospecting and demos to negotiation and onboarding.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and growing a portfolio of contractors, developers, and consultants
  • Driving the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing
  • Implementing Dalux software with support from our Customer Success Managers
  • Representing Dalux at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Helping select and establish our future office in Istanbul

This role requires a high level of independence, ownership, and commercial drive. You'll be the face of Dalux in Turkey and play a key role in shaping our presence in the market.

Your Profile
You have a strong track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions to the construction industry. You understand the needs of contractors and building owners, and you know how to navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.

You're structured, proactive, and confident in customer meetings, whether it's a strategic negotiation with decision-makers or a technical deep dive with end-users. You're motivated by growth, ownership, and the chance to build something from the ground up.

We imagine you bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction technology space
  • A deep understanding of the construction industry and its digital transformation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel across Turkey to meet customers

Experience with BIM, project management tools, or other construction-related platforms is a strong advantage.
