Our family is looking for a "Marketing Manager".

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the
    annual marketing strategy
    in alignment with brand objectives,
  • Lead and manage
    digital marketing and social media
    to enhance brand visibility and engagement,
  • Oversee
    campaign planning and execution
    for both local and international markets,
  • Collaborate closely with the
    E-commerce, Retail, Design and Product teams
    to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels,
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights,
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of all projects,
  • Supervise the production of photo/video shoots and creative content aligned with Bluemint's visual identity,
  • Stay up to date with fashion and lifestyle trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration,
  • Minimum
    7 years of experience
    in marketing or brand management (preferably in
    fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
    ),
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media Dynamics,
  • Excellent project management and communication skills,
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail,
  • Fluency in
    English
    (both written and spoken),
  • Experience in managing PR agencies, content creators, and cross-functional teams is a plus.
