About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong
Technical Support / Sales Assistant Engineer
to join our Turkey market team. This position combines hands-on technical support (≈70%) and sales assistance (≈30%), ensuring customers and partners can achieve success with Mech-Mind's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support, installation, debugging, testing, and training for distributors and customers in Turkey, ensuring they can independently handle system integration and problem-solving.
  • Assist sales activities such as customer visits, technical presentations, documentation preparation, and market information collection.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and solutions engineering teams to align technical and business needs throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, participate in technical demonstrations, and provide timely technical feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Support sales in developing proposals, specifications, and contract negotiations with technical insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (automation, mechatronics, robotics, or related fields).
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or technical support engineering.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience in system integration or robotic applications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills; ability to train and guide distributors effectively.
  • Market awareness and willingness to assist sales development in the local region.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish; Chinese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Turkey.
