Audit & Documentation Specialist (IT Compliance)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in IT audit and compliance, ideally with a background in Big4 consultancy or IT sector projects. This role will be responsible for maintaining documentation and supporting audit activities under ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring both internal compliance and effective stakeholder communication during external audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and manage documentation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 standards
  • Oversee document archiving and version control processes using Redmine and Samba
  • Coordinate preparation and execution of internal and external audits in line with audit schedules
  • Provide reports, evidence, and documentation during customer, supplier, and independent audits
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
  • Prepare audit reports, track findings/nonconformities, and support corrective action planning
  • Monitor testing and audit schedules (penetration testing, disaster recovery testing, SOC2, ISAE 3402, etc.)
  • Represent the company in global meetings and manage communication in English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business administration, quality management, or similar)
  • Professional experience in IT audit or compliance, preferably with a background in Big4 consultancy or IT sector companies
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and preferably ISO 14001 standards
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in audit processes (internal & external) and documentation management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with document management tools such as Redmine/Samba
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Information Security, KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law), or Risk Management
  • Familiarity with audit and vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Nessus, Security Assessment, etc.)
  • Previous project experience with IT systems, cybersecurity, or compliance frameworks
