About the Role
We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist - Site Merchandiser who will treat our online store as a living, breathing space — someone who's passionate about product presentation, detail-driven in daily operations, and confident navigating between creative and analytical work.
You'll oversee every product, image, price, and stock level, ensuring our online experience always reflects the quality and precision of Manu Atelier.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the online store across all product categories.
- Oversee product uploads — descriptions, imagery, pricing, SKUs, and collections — ensuring full accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing updates, and product availability across regions.
- Lead online merchandising: product placement, hero product visibility, "What's New," "Back in Stock," and "Bestsellers."
- Ensure all visuals and product pages meet brand standards and storytelling quality.
- Track daily sales performance and proactively flag issues or optimization opportunities (e.g. underperforming styles, missing assets, or UX friction).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Logistics teams to align launches, campaigns, and promotions.
- Support price updates, new collection launches, and seasonal merchandising refreshes.
- Benchmark competitor sites for product, pricing, and visual strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and merchandising tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts daily.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense — able to spot what looks off-brand instantly.
- Data-driven mindset with creative intuition.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about the digital retail world.
