Implementation Specialist
to join our dynamic team and support our customers in leveraging the full potential of our platform.

About the Role

As a
Implementation Specialist
at
Workiom
, you will play a key role in delivering no-code implementation projects to our customers. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable implementations on our AI-powered no-code platform. This role requires a combination of business analysis, solution architecture, and hands-on configuration—making you a trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Discovery & Analysis:
    Work closely with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into implementation plans.

  • Solution Design:
    Design and prototype solutions using Workiom's no-code platform, including custom fields, workflows, automations, and integrations.

  • Project Leadership:
    Manage multiple implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

  • No-Code Configuration:
    Configure apps and systems directly within the platform—no coding required, but logic and structure are essential.

  • API & Integration Support:
    Collaborate with technical stakeholders to manage integrations using APIs (JSON, REST, etc.), and advise on best practices.

  • Customer Training:
    Provide onboarding and training to new users, enabling them to confidently adopt the solution.

  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase, keeping customers and internal teams aligned.

  • Internal Collaboration:
    Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure customer feedback informs the evolution of our platform.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in implementation, business analysis, or technical consulting roles.

  • Proven experience working with
    no-code or low-code platforms
    .

  • Experience in
    project delivery and customer onboarding
    in a SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience with
    REST APIs
    ,
    JSON
    , and integration logic.

  • Strong project management skills—able to run multiple projects with competing priorities.

  • Fluent in English
    (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to convey complex ideas clearly.

  • A curious mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems using technology.

  • Comfortable working in a
    startup
    or high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms.

  • Experience in
    process mapping
    , workflow automation, or solution architecture.

  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a bonus.

  • Background in business process consulting or digital transformation projects.
