About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the main contact for customers, delivering outstanding assistance with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. Your patience, people skills, and problem-solving approach will ensure each customer receives efficient, reliable, and positive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through phone, email, and chat, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing high-quality service

  • Share accurate and trustworthy information about products and services

  • Assist with account changes, basic technical troubleshooting, and customer requests in a timely manner

  • Maintain thorough, well-organized records of all customer interactions to ensure consistent service standards

  • Stay informed about company policies, product updates, and internal guidelines to give dependable support

  • Work closely with teammates, exchange knowledge, and suggest improvements to strengthen processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Turkish residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
