- Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
- Building relationships with universities and student clubs and organizing campus events
- Managing the internship program process end-to-end
- Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
- Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
- Helping the recruitment team with all projects
- 1+ years of experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Passion for learning the recruitment process
- Eager to learn ATS tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
