Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Istanbul with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, deliver customer service, and provide sales training. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and developing marketing campaigns to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training and coaching sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in the petrochemical industry is an advantage
