Evatro is a global technology company providing software and IT solutions across Turkey and the United States.

To support our growing organizational structure, we are looking for a
1st Line Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Log, classify, and prioritize incidents and service requests
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and application issues
• Guide users step-by-step to resolve common problems
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to 2nd Line Support or specialist teams
• Monitor open tickets, update regularly, and ensure closure within SLA targets
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and documentation
• Communicate effectively with users, providing clear status updates and explanations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic IT knowledge, including:

-Operating systems (Windows, macOS, basic Linux)

-Office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)

-Networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN troubleshooting)

-Hardware peripherals (printers, monitors, headsets, etc.)

• Familiarity with ticketing/help desk systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, etc.)
• Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and escalate issues when necessary
