General Features

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities
  • Advanced proficiency in German, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations and/or sales operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Well-developed planning, monitoring, and reporting capabilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Job Description

  • Manage sales and operational processes across online marketplaces in Germany, Russia, and the United States
  • Coordinate product listing and inventory management processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of order flows, return processes, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain written and verbal communication in German with suppliers, logistics partners, and customer service teams based in Germany
  • Identify operational issues, develop effective solutions, and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and actively support initiatives aimed at improving operational performance
