Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in THAI via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in THAI with excellent communication skills.
  • Residency in Istanbul is mandatory
