Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering , Information Technology, or a related field,
  • 3+ years of experience in project management,
  • Proven experience managing both software development projects and system/infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud, servers, networks, virtualization, data centers),
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 (strongly preferred),
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple parallel projects,
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira,
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) for project collaboration, documentation, and reporting.

Job Description

  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects under the PMO, ensuring delivery according to timeline, scope, and cost performance metrics,
  • Full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations,
  • Act as the main point of escalation, proactively identifying and resolving risks or blockers to keep projects on track,
  • Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project,
  • Cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, QA, System and DevOps team throughout the whole project lifecycle,
  • Support the development and standardization of PMO practices, tools, and templates,
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, collecting lessons learned and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
